Kid Policy

Blown is all about self-care and providing a quick getaway from your daily stressors. In order to provide this atmosphere, we ask that you do not bring your kids, unless they are receiving a service.  We provide services for children between the ages of 4 and up as we want to maintain a relaxing environment. We will kindly ask you to reschedule your service if you bring a child to an appointment that is not scheduled for a service.  We thank you ahead of time for your understanding in this matter and we look forward to giving you your few moments of pampering. 

Pet Policy

Unfortunately, due to state laws, no pets are allowed on premise unless they are a service pet. We hate that you have to leave your furry friends at home, but this might be a good time to schedule their grooming appointment, they deserve pampering too. 

Late Policy

Please allow yourself enough time to locate us and find parking (Hello downtown New Albany) and have a couple of moments to sit and relax in our lounge area. If you are more than 10 mins late to your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your service or reschedule you for a fee. It’s important to us to give you the complete experience and we never want you to feel rushed. Please give us a call if you feel you are going to be late and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

No show

We reserve your appointment time specifically for you. When you no show your appointment, it takes away the opportunity for our stylist to serve another customer. All no-shows will be charged 100% of the regular service price. 

Cancellation policy

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment within a 4-hour period of your scheduled service time. This must be done by phone or text message. Email cancelations will not be valid, and a $10 fee will apply.  All appointments that are canceled within 4 hours will incur a 2 fee. 

Special event cancellation policy

For special events, to include but not limited to PROM (dates vary) we require a 50% deposit, and you must cancel within 30 days of your appointment, or your deposit will be forfeited.

Cell Phones

We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and electronics to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in a softer voice once you enter the treatment area.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept cash or American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit cards for payment. Personal checks are not accepted at this time.


Refund Policy

Service Refund Policy

Blown is committed to providing the highest level of customer care and satisfaction with our services provided.  IF for some reason our services fall short of our expectations please bring it to the attention of you stylist or manager before leaving the salon. Our sole remedy for unsatisfied clients is a redo. We do not refund on services rendered within our salon

Product Refund Policy

It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality and up-to-date hair technology tools and products with your services. In the event you purchase any of our hair devices for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange them within 30 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. You may return unopened hair care products in original packaging within 7 days for an exchange or store credit (on a gift card)
